Oak Manor is a pet friendly community which allows 2 pets per apartment home. These pets may either be dogs or cats in addition to a combination of both. Each pet has a maximum weight of 50 lbs. A pet application should be submitted with a non-refundable $300.00 pet fee in addition to a monthly rent of $20 per pet.

We do have limits on aggressive breeds or mix thereof to include however not limited to Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. Please call for further details.

Our maintenance team is on staff Monday through Friday during normal business hours. After hours or on weekends, we do have emergency maintenance.

Parking is by permit only. Permits are placed on the vehicle by the office staff. In order to register a vehicle at the office, the registration has to match the lease holder's name.
